It is within easy reach of quaint Cotswold villages, market towns, historic Warwick Castle, Shakespeare's Stratford-upon-Avon, not forgetting the many lovely walks in the surrounding countrywide. Good food is served at the local Inn within easy walking distance of The Cottage & the nearest shop is 1 mile away.

The Cottage has retained original features including beams and exposed stone walls and has been furnished to a high standard with gas fired C.H. The ground floor offers a cosy comfortable lounge, separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom including shower. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor has two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. A cot and a high chair can be provided should you need them.

The cottage is set just off the courtyard of New Manor Farmhouse and has gated access from the lane making the garden, the patio complete with garden furniture and bbq areas a safe environment for children. Why not enjoy a relaxing drink and/or barbecue in the garden if the weather is fine.
